Western Barbados Tourist Information

Western Barbados covers the parishes of Saint James, Saint Peter and Saint Lucy. Holetown is the site of the first British settlement in Barbados and the site of the first English landing. It was originally Jamestown, so named when Captain Powlett claimed the land for King James the 1st.
