Tyumen is a city in Western Siberia and the capital of Tyumen Oblast, a region of Russia. Tyumen Oblast is not just a region in Russia, it's the second largest region in Russia and it covers nearly 2000km from the most southern part of Tyumen Oblast to the most northern part, deep in the Arctic Circle.
