The regional train that runs along the Sestri Levante - La Spezia Centrale line stops pretty frequently in all five of the Cinque Terre villages. Buy the Cinque Terre visitors card at the tourist office in Riomaggorie, it gives you access to all the tracks. There are guards along the way so dont lose the card! Also upgrade to the card that includes a rail ticket, and you can spend a day walking the five cities and head back to base by rail … Mike C.
