Puerto Jimenez Hotels

Puerto Jimenez is in Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula and is the primary jumping off point for Corcovado National Park. The city itself is not the most attractive locale. Puerto Jimenez is a small town but offers a lot of things to do: When staying in Puerto Jimenez, we recommend Crocodile Bay Resort (2 km southwest), Cacao Monkeys, Iguana Lodge (4 km south), Playa Nicuesa Rainforest Lodge (19 km northwest), and Zancudo Lodge (18 km west).

Do not keep driving into the national forest. Rivers get very hard to cross, spanish of locals is crazy hard to understand, and the rivers swell extremely quick making it hard to get back to civilization when you realize you have drove to far. Mike
