Moray Hotels

Moray - is the name of the Incan ruins near the town of Maras, Peru that sits six hundred meters above Urubamba and the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Moray is the name of the Incan agricultural laboratory that was likely used to cultivate resistant and hearty varieties of plants high in the Andes. Look for accommodation in Cusco, 31 km to the southeast, or try finding hotels in Ollantaytambo, 10 km to the northwest, or Yucay, 8 km to the west.

Moray Travel Tips

Ollantaytambo is a very beautiful town and I wish we had spent the night there. Emma D.
If you're not taking the train back to Cuzco from here, there are right outside the station taxis and busses. We took one of the big busses - they only cost 5 Soles per person for this 1hour 45min. trip, are comfortable and there is enough space. Özlem G.
A wonderful small town, with interesting ruins, and a colorful local market.  Great place to explore on foot and a nice stopover en route to Machu Picchu. Juanita N.
