Lake Atitlán Travel Tips

Spend a few hours in Santiago Atitlan to visit the church and market, and don't forget to see San Simon! Claire B.

Hotel Bambu is a very reasonably priced hotel that sits right on Lake Atitlan and it also includes a restaurant. You can take a short-cut and walk along the lake's edge right to Santiago. I would recommend taking the short-cut though only during daylight (for safety reasons). Robin S.
