La Digue is one of the smaller islands of the Seychelles. It is reasonably accessible, well served with accommodation and some tourist facilities, but is much quieter, picturesque and exclusive than Mahe or Praslin. Rent a bike in the little village and pedal 20 minutes south to Anse Source D'Argent beach for a totally idyllic experience! Beautiful granite boulders, swaying palm trees and fine sand beaches, all fringed by a beautiful coral atoll. Amazing! Mark H.
