L'Aquila Travel Tips

Most travellers realise how small L'Aquila is and bypass it completely. Don't. It is a gorgeous town to stop off in for a gelato and coffee. Or if you've had enough travelling for one day, there are plenty of old farm houses willing to give you a bed for the night. Kate T.
Avoid going to L'Aquila by train, the bus is way much faster.  Enmanuel P.
