Ko Pha Ngan Travel Tips

When I was there in 1991, Koh Pagnan was deserted except for a beach for full moon parties, and an isolated small grass hut hotel in "Hadd Kom Bay" in which all foods were flavored as to induce dreams. When I saw the movie "The Beach", I was horrified to see that it had become more commercial than … Toryalai H.
I spent some weeks on the Island and mostly on Had Yuan Beach.. Next to Hat Rin but you got to go by boat to get there, or hike the jungle trail;) Eden Garden have a jungle hut for you from $3 a night and great food! If you want party like on Samui, don't go to this beach... Bart V.
Beware the roads if you rent a moped. Dangerous. Joey T.
Very nice Island-the full moon party on the beach is one of the reasons to go there Susa
