Jiri Tourist Information

Jiri is a town in Central Nepal, and the nearest roadhead for trekkers heading to Everest Base Camp. Jiri has no outstanding attractions, and as the bus from Kathmandu usually arrives in the early evening and most trekkers set out for the first day of their trek just after sun rise, few people spend any time here.
