New jersy is the city, i really love it because i have many friends from Ecuador Julio P.
Its almost a borough of NYC, but lands on the Jersey Side. Use the PATH Train and Hudsen/Bergen Light Rail to get around. It is EXTREMELY diverse with culture on each corner.
