Jedburgh Travel Tips

Jedburgh is called the jewel of the scottisch boarders and "The town where history and couresy combine'. There is a great history about the wars between scotland and england and in the centre of the town is a beautiful ruïne of a cathedral. Willemijn V.
The castle has a great setting by the river and is well worth a visit. Jedburgh is the perfect stopping point for a break if you are driving to Edinburgh. Plenty of shops and cafes. Andy G.
beautiful ruin of an old abbey, very nice funny people to talk to, lovely people at bed breakfast - ask at the tourist information center: they are VERY helpfull (like: even help you find private accomodation if everything else is booked out) Ines P.
