Jedburgh is called the jewel of the scottisch boarders and "The town where history and couresy combine'. There is a great history about the wars between scotland and england and in the centre of the town is a beautiful ruïne of a cathedral.

The castle has a great setting by the river and is well worth a visit. Jedburgh is the perfect stopping point for a break if you are driving to Edinburgh. Plenty of shops and cafes.
