Islands Tourist Information

Islands is a region in the Cape Cod region of Massachusetts that includes Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and the town of Gosnold. Gosnold is very sparsely populated and is comprised of the Elizabeth Islands, all of which are privately owned except for one.
