Grootfontein Tourist Information

Grootfontein is a city in Northern Namibia. Several miles to the west of Grootfontein is the world's largest meteorite, the Hoba Meteorite. This tablet-shaped rock weighs approximately 50 tons and landed 80,000 years ago.
