Greymouth is on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island at the west end of the road through Arthur's Pass. Greymouth is at the western terminus of the TranzAlpine line. When staying in Greymouth, we recommend Gables Motor Lodge Greymouth, Aachen Place Motel, Bella Vista Motel - Greymouth, Rosewood Bed and Breakfast, and Coleraine Motel.

Greymouth is the largest town on the west coast of New Zealand. If traveling south then you should definitely stock up on supplies here. Everything down the coast will be much more expensive.
