Eastern Arizona is part of the state of Arizona, in the United States of America. It is a complex region of remarkable cultural, geological and scenic diversity despite its sparse population. Interstate 40, following the route of the old Route 66, runs along the northern edge of this region, and I-10 through its southern area.
