Dahshur Hotels
Dahshur is an Egyptian archaeological locality some 10 km to the south of Saqqara and therefore 35 km south of the Egyptian capital Cairo. It is best known as a more tranquil location in which to visit several very large pyramids - at least, when compared to Giza and Saqqara. Look for accommodation in Giza, 31 km to the north, or try finding hotels in Cairo, 33 km to the north.

Don't pet the animals. Don't let the merchants talk you into posing with a donkey or camel, they will say its free then ask you for money afterwards. They get really mad when you say no.
