Coastal Kenya Travel Tips

Kibera is probably the biggest slum in Kenya. Don't go there unless you have a local guide who can be trusted. Take care of yourself and your belongings, and don't bring big money in there or things you care about like camera. Get out of there before darkness falls. Matilde W.
What a place. help out in any school deir and it will be greatly appreciated, Don't go their after dark. Very nice people but some are extremely poor Sadhbh M.
Not the best or cleanest place in the world, i wouldn't recommend going to Kibera, but its up to you. but the upside is right across from Kibera, there is "i would say" the only city in the world with a Nation park that's why i love Kenya, in fact im planning a trip there soon. Chalz
