If you board or disembark from your cruise ship on the Yangtze river at Chongqing, take time to wander around this quaint town. There are some nice old buildings and the locals are really friendly.

Chongqing - the "fog city" is a true chinese city. Large, full of life, full of dirt, and full of these little, typical Chinese things to discover. Chongqing is also the starting point for Yongtze cruises, which is definitely something to recommend.
