Calafat Tourist Information

Calafat is a city in Oltenia, southwestern Romania. Calafat is a major crossing point between Romania and Bulgaria. For now the crossing is done by ferry across the Danube river to Vidin on the Bulgarian side, but a bridge is in construction.
