Bran is a village in the southern Transylvania, in the department of Brasov. It is famous for the Bran Castle and an important agrotouristic place of Romania.

Dracula commercialism is a plenty! Bran Castle is stunning but there are talks of the owner taking back from the government (or whoever runs it) as the lease is nearly up. Kristine O.

Bran castel... sometimes called 'Dracula' castel. Dracula never lived there, but it is definitley worth a visit. Ready for a Dracula movie, definitley. That's the real Transylvania (and Sighisoara, of course) Julio R.
