Benalmádena is a large town on the Spanish Costa del Sol. It consists of three parts; Benalmádena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmádena Costa. The most worth visiting of these is Benalmádena Costa with its long stretch of sunny beaches, a lively nightlife and excellent cuisine. Look for accommodation in Torremolinos, or try finding hotels in Arroyo de la Miel, Fuengirola, 12 km to the southwest, Mijas, 11 km to the west, or Alhaurin de la Torre, 8 km to the north.

A taxi drive to nearby Torremolinos costs about 7 euros, which is a nice price to pay when you're pretty drunk and need to find your hotel. Didier G.
