Asahikawa Hotels

Asahikawa is the second-largest city on the northern island of Hokkaido, Japan. It is located at the confluence of four rivers and is surrounded by hills. When staying in Asahikawa, we recommend Asahikawa Grand Hotel, Hotel Leopalace Asahikawa, Toyoko Inn Asahikawa Ekimae Miyashita Dori, Dormy Inn Asahikawa, and Asahikawa Terminal Hotel.

As a city, pretty boring overall. It's got some shopping as any decent sized city would have. Otherwise it has the zoo, but overall, it's a pretty regular zoo in terms of the animals it has, so not worth going to especially unless you're really into zoos.
