Apam is a town in Coastal Plain region of Ghana. Take a Tro-Tro from Kaneshie station in Accra to Apam or Cape Coast, the latter will drop you off at the nearby junction where traffic to the village is reasonably frequent.

This is a road-stop village.  Bring cedes to barter and purchase fruits, breads, vegelables, and other goods locals will sell as you stop for gas and relief.
