Andorra la Vella is the capital of Andorra. You should be able to walk around most of Andorra la Vella. The town is really in two parts. There is the newer section at the North end of the town that is very commerical with lots of shops. Look for accommodation in Andorra la Vella, or try finding hotels in Sant Julia de Loria, La Massana, 5 km to the north, Les Escaldes, or Aixovall.
