Andechs Tourist Information

Andechs is a small town in Bavaria, Germany. It is popular mainly because of the nearby Andechs abbey. By public transportation to Herrsching, south west of Munich; from there an approximately 3km hike through beautiful scenery, or take a bus or cab.
