Akko Tourist Information

Akko www.akko.org.il, also known historically to Arabs as عكّا and Westerners as Acre, lies on the northern edge of the Bay of Acre in northern Israel. On its present site, Akko possesses a long history of various cultures: Israelites, Greeks, Romans, Crusaders and Arabs.
