Agadir is filled with tourists, so if you want to feel like you're in a foreign country stay away from here and head south. There are loads of great little villiages that you can pull up to and have a very authentic rustic experience.

Main tourist action is along the sea-front. All the Moroccans walk along the boardwalk in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants. Men tend to stare but not in a sleezy way.

not my cup of tea... for a Moroccan town - very modern (although it was rebuilt after a tragic earthquake), And - you get really fed up having to haggle for everything - cant even look in a shop window without having to tell people you dont want to buy

Agadir is modern city but u can find few places u can vsit and enjoy. For sure u should visit a "casba" on the mountain near the city. The best way to get there is take a big taxi and share price with friends. The view is wonderfull.

in the very morning -4-5am-I advise you to go on the beach and with the shore follow left and left and left for about 1,5 hours (pass the president residency) and there just after it you can always find PINK FLAMINGOS!! gr8 experience :)
