Aeolian Islands Hotels

The Aeolian islands are a group of attractive islands in the Tyrrhenian Sea about 25-50km north of Sicily in Italy. Formerly off the beaten track, this diverse group of volcanic islands is becoming more popular and can be very busy during July and August.

Stromboli

Lipari is the largest and most populous of the Aeolian Islands of Italy. It is the primary transportation gateway for the Aeolians, and has some attractions of its own.

Panarea is one of Italy's Aeolian Islands, off the coast of Sicily.

Salina

Salina is one of the Aeolian Islands in Italy.

In Lipari there's not much to see at night. There are some small restaurants with terrific coktails, but there only open untill 00am. After that time there's only one bar left open in little harbor.
